This highly sophisticated Portable Ultrasound succeeded a popular Console Untrasound that DaW designed ten years previously. Due to the small size, the Pedestal became a necessity when used in the OR. The Pedestal articulates by rotating about its center axis and varies the vertical height. A foot pedal is used to lock these positions.
